Vern & Cathy Mortenson
Vern and Cathy began CEF ministry in Kern County in August of 1990 and have been serving with CEF for a total of 30 years in various locations. They provide discipleship opportunities for children reached and assist in establishing the children in local church fellowship activities CEF's current focus is on establishing After School Good News Clubs in elementary schools.
