Phil & Debbie Walker
Phil is currently the President of International Christian Ministries. ICM exists to serve the Church by discipling and equipping its leaders. In 2006 International Christian Ministries launched its third seminary. It now has seminaries in Kenya , Uganda , and Tanzania . It also has formal training programs in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. ICM and it partners conducted over 220 conferences in 35 countries in Africa and the Middle East.

Pray for more staff in the Bakersfield office because of the growth in ICM.
