Ken & Chris Frech
HLIC desires to serve and mobilize the Church to live out God's heart for the poor and fulfill the Great Commission for His glory! HLIC-Bakersfield seeks to provide help and resources to churches which desire to impact their communities, by equipping the poor and less fortunate of Kern County and surrounding areas to be self-sufficient and able to give back to their communities. Ken serves as the Western Region Director (Denver, Seattle, Los Angeles & Bakersfield). In addition Ken directs the cities of Bakersfield and Los Angeles. Chris coordinates our S.A.Y. Yes! Centers for Youth Development. The centers minister holistically to children at risk. Chris resources 5 centers that are operated by local congregations.
Prayer Requests:
Pray that God would raise up and develop church leadership throughout Kern County that have a genuine walk with the Lord, God’s heart for the poor and a growing ministry of making disciples that are reproducing themselves spiritually.
